• How do I get Free Shipping?

    All orders over $100, shipping within the contiguous 48 states will receive Free Shipping. 

  • How do you ship my order?

    Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS. Perishable items will ship Monday through Wednesday, non-perishable items will ship Monday-Friday. 

  • How do you pack my perishable items?

    We pack all perishable items in insulated boxes with reusable gel icepacks to keep your items cool during transport and ensure that your selections arrive fresh and delicious.  Wherever possible we use curbside recyclable materials in our packaging. 

  • How can I get a shipping cost estimate?

    A shipping esimate will be available in your shopping cart. Please enter your state and zip code to see shipping quotes by carrier service.

  • Why are certain delivery days not available?

     We ship perishable items Monday-Wednesday to prevent your package from experiencing delivery delays over the weekend. We also take into account any holidays that may add transit time to your shipment. 

  • Can you ship an order to Canada or outside of the continental US?

    Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
